As a Realtor®, homeowner and investor, I strongly believe in home ownership and real estate investment.  It’s one of the best ways to leverage your hard earned money and make it work for you.

Each new client comes with their own unique set of desires, concerns and financial capabilities. I spend a lot of time listening to my clients in order to understand their particular situation and then offer creative solutions that meet their needs and provide the greatest financial benefit. Keeping current with new housing inventory and both general sales trends and neighborhood specific trends requires viewing properties and researching online daily. By diligently doing this, I am able to ground my suggestions with facts so that clients know that they are making the best possible choices.

Over the years, I have developed excellent negotiation and organizational skills, and have become an attentive listener and great problem solver. I educate clients about current markets and complexities of the process so that confident, informed decisions are made while your stress is minimized.  I handle all the details of a transaction from negotiating, financing, through inspections and escrow to the final close and beyond.  I am well respected and have an excellent rapport with my colleagues and affiliates.
