I strongly believe that my value to you when selling your house is in marketing and negotiation. As a real estate professional, I know the local market inside out, and I am here to provide you with an accurate evaluation of your property. Pricing the property correctly is an essential first key to maximizing your gain.
Presenting the property to the potential Buyer under its best possible light is the second key to maximizing your gain. I employ proven marketing strategies and work diligently to ensure that your property stands apart from the competition. I widen your market by adhering to a intense and aggressive Open House and Broker’s Tour schedule, increasing visibility with a compelling use of signs. I invite agents and neighbors to preview your property to assure better exposure. I give you weekly marketing reports outlining my efforts and progress, reviewing it with you by phone and giving you an update, including your open house reports - showing feedback, all marketing, and any sales activity in monitoring competition – that may affect your sale.
I negotiate the highest possible price for you, knowing that there is a price range in which every property sells. My job is to get your property sold at the high end of that price range. I coordinate and negotiate your inspections, your escrow and your closing in order for you to achieve a timely and successful sale.
My value to you does not end when your escrow closes. I help residential sellers find new homes
and commercial and investment sellers find new investments through 1031 tax deferred exchanges.
